Intensive Driving Lessons (aka Crash Courses) are a common request and we will undertake them. However it is worth noting that we have found people are getting better results by not trying to cram everything into a week, which is what most aim to do.
1 week crash courses place a lot of pressure on both learner and instructor. Pass rates are very low and often these types of courses are very expensive.
In response to this we have created our own special version of intensive driving lessons called the Mini-Intensive. It's fast paced enough to satisfy the most eager learner, yet provides enough time for familiarity, road sense and a little experience to gain a foothold - after all, there is nothing gained by having a crash the day after you pass due to basic inexperience!
Our successful way of doing an intensive driving course is to increase your weekly lesson times from the normal 2 hours per week to 4 or 5 spread over 2-3 days a week. Assuming you are practising during the week too, we're finding this is ample time.
Of course, every learner is different so an initial 1 hour assessment is required from which the instructor will gauge how many lessons they think you will need and what time period it is to the test target date. If you needed an extra 25hrs and your test was 6 weeks away then you could take 4-5hrs per week.
Bear in mind it can take 6-10 weeks to get a date for your Practical test and you still need to do the Theory test before you can take the practical.
